Murni helps startups, SMEs, and public-facing organisations turn ideas into real growth. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, digital platforms, and strategy, she translates complex objectives into practical outcomes that make an impact.

Early in her career, she led national-scale digital campaigns for social rehabilitation and correctional services, transforming challenging goals into large-scale, high-impact communication strategies. She later directed marketing and communications for a luxury maritime brand, shaping brand strategy, partnerships, and market positioning. From 2018 to 2025, Murni served as senior manager in online dispute resolution at a national legal institution, guiding platform development and programme design. This role also involved managing official programmes and engagements involving international judicial and government delegations across East Asia and ASEAN.

Today, Murni delivers corporate consulting and advisory services through Qiro Digital Group (Strategy) and Qiro Consulting (Operations), helping Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A startups and SMEs build market strategies, digital capabilities, and scalable growth frameworks.
