Murni is a senior marketing and digital platforms professional with over 15 years of experience across the public sector, technology, and service-based organisations. Early career work included leading digital campaigns for national social rehabilitation and correctional services initiatives, translating complex social objectives into large-scale public communication strategies.
Later served as Director of Marketing and Communications for a luxury maritime experience brand, overseeing brand strategy, partnerships, and market positioning. From 2018 to 2025, held a senior management role in online dispute resolution development at a national legal institution, supporting mediation and legal innovation initiatives through platform development, policy-aligned programme design, and cross-stakeholder coordination. This role included managing official programmes and engagements involving international judicial and government delegations across East Asia and ASEAN.
